What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and — for deliveries — your delivery address, unit number and any delivery instructions you provide.

How we use it

Your information is used to bake, schedule, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about that order. We do not sell your information.

Proof of delivery

For contactless deliveries we take a photograph at the delivery point and store it with your order record as proof of delivery.

Retention and access

Order and customer records are kept for business and accounting purposes. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your information by contacting us through the Contact Us form.
