Orders

All cookies are handmade and baked to order. Placing an order confirms the flavours, sizes and quantities shown in your order summary. Prices are in Singapore dollars.

Fulfilment

Standard orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 calendar days. Orders required for a specific event date require a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice and are subject to availability.

Festive campaigns

During festive campaigns, orders are delivered within the published delivery period. Butter & Sugar schedules the individual delivery date for each order and will notify you by email once your delivery has been scheduled.

Delivery and self-collection

Deliveries are contactless by default — you do not need to be home. Please provide accurate address and unit details, plus any delivery instructions. Self-collection is available in Toa Payoh; the exact collection address and instructions are emailed once your order is ready.

Customisation

Payment at checkout covers your cookies only. Butter & Sugar will contact you to discuss any customisation request and additional charges before work begins.

Cancellation

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including a 24-hour change-of-mind window from order confirmation.
